Dr. S.M. Jawed Akhtar is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics,.Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He was awarded Gold Medals for securing first position at B.A. (Hons.) and M.A. (Economics) Examinations of the same university.
