She won Young Scientist Award and is the fellow and member of several professional societies. She received outstanding women of 20th century award (USA). Having interest in editing she assisted in editing in different journals. She represented India is several International Conferences and has remarkable contribution in lab to land programme through direct radio or TV Talk.
