ABOUT THE AUTHOR Bidyadhar Sa

Dr. Bidyadhar Sa born (1973) in Dungri, Bargarh district of Orissa state in India. He has an honours degree in Education from Gangadhar Meher College (Autonomous) Sambalpur, Orissa and M.A; M.Phil; Ph.D. in Education and Dip. in French from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. He was awarded National Fellowship for his doctoral research on tribal by the Government of India. His areas of specialization include Research Methodology and Advanced Statistics in Education, Action Research in Education, Educational Measurement and Evaluation (Psychometrics), Educational Psychology and Education for Disadvantaged. He reviews journals' articles relating to his field at both national and international levels. He has been contributing both research and conceptual papers to various conferences, seminars and journals. Presently, he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology, Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Africa.
