ABOUT THE AUTHOR Anupama Mukherjee

Anupama Mukherjee has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked in food and beverage management positions in many famous hotel establishments, as director of food and beverage services and as a training consultant. She has been associated with many hospitality management programmes in India and abroad and conducts seminars internationally. She has published about 30 research papers in professional journals of repute and authored a number of outstanding books on food and beverage management. She currently teaches food and beverage management at university level.
