Food Flavour Technology

Ravi Taneja born on 224th May, 1962 in Jhalwa, Allahabad. He has obtaine4d M.A. from Allahabad University in 1987. He is associated with various academic institutions and engaged in capacity building work of NGO. Presently he is working as freelancer and giving advice on GPS and GIS. He has to his credit more than seven books and about 45 articles published in various journals of national and international repute.
