Dr. Mrs. Seema Varma is Head of Department of Political, Science inMahila Maha Vidyala, Kidwainagar Kanpur. She was born at Varanasi and completed her education at Varanasi and Dehradun. She got M.a. (Political Science) and Ph.D. Degree from Kanpur University. Besides teaching she is programme officer of N.S.S. in her college. She has Organised also National Seminar in her college. On the occasion of International women day 8th March 2003 she was honoured for her best performance in college services.
