ABOUT THE AUTHOR Tush Moulik
Tush Moulik, born in a small town in West Bengal, India in 1939, was educated in Calcutta and Delhi in Agriculture, Economics and Sociology. He had an academic career in the universities in India and abroad for twenty years. He has managed an International Environmental Consultancy company in India for the past eight years. He has travelled extensively throughout the world pursuing socio-economic research and written a number of successful books related to the socio-economic aspects of life. In his younger days, he wrote a book of poetry and has also penned a number of short stories, all in Bengali. This is his first novel, depicting the life of a young generation in Calcutta in the early Sixties.
