ABOUT THE AUTHOR S.P. Ganguly

S.P. Ganguly belonged to the Indian Audit and Accounts Service.  In 1985, he retired from the post of Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Tripura, while holding the rank of Accountant General.  He was the Chairman of the Pay Commission set up by the Government of Mizoram during 1990-1992.
