ABOUT THE AUTHOR N.K. Khatri

Dr. N.K. Khatri did his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Plant Pathology in Faculty of Agriculture from People’s Friendship University, Moscow (Russia) in 1981 and 1984 respectively. At present he is working as Associate Professor in AICRP on Arid Legumes at Agricultural Research Station, RAU, Bikaner as well as engaged in teaching and guiding P.G. students in College of Agriculture, Bikaner. He has already published a book entitled “Fundamentals of Plant Pathology” with Dr. V.N. Pathak, a renowned Professor of Plant Pathology. He has published several research papers & articles in reputed journals & magazines. He has participated in many national & international seminars, workshops etc.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR V.N. Pathak

Dr. Vishwa Nath Pathak, grandson of noted Sanskrit Scholar, Akhilanandji Maharaj, Contemporary of Karpatriji Maharaj, Swami Akhandananaji, Hari Baba & Ram Sukh Dasji Maharaj was born on 15th May, 1939. He earned his Ph.D. from IARI, New Delhi in 1966 and conducted research studies in U.K. Denmark and other countries. He got Diploma in Human Resource Development in 1996. He attended various professional trainings and programmes in the fields of applied psychology and holistic health during 1950-60. During his university career, he served on various key positions but a sustained assignment for nearly four decades had been welfare activities for students and organization of culture events. Dr. Pathak received several awards and honors like Gold Medal from Rajasthan University, Rockefeller Foundation Award, IARI Fellowship, British Council Fellowship and Danish Govt. Scholarship, and served on important meetings of Research Council, ICAR , Govt. of India and Scientist Recruitment Board, Govt. of India. He was awarded Diploma of cultural Honors, U.S.A. He published six books (two by Oxford and IBH), guided 15 Ph.D. Researches and published more than 200 reserch papers in journals of scientific repute. Dr. Pathak designed workshops and modules for teachers, students, parents, industries, hospitals, NGO’s, religious organizations, banks, educational institutions and conducted more than 200 seminars and workshops transformed lives of more than ten thousand people. He also produced 10 audio-cassettes on different topics such as stress management, personality development, control your life, family happiness, emotions and health, anger management, art of parenting (two volumes), deep relaxation, and relaxation imagery for healing. Dr. Pathak became Founder Director of Holistic Health Centre at Jodhpur in 2002 and Advisor of Nirmal Children and General Hospital, Surat in 2002. He is serving as Resource Person for various international consultation agencies.
