The book gives an insight of the origin of this holy city that lies embedded in legendary tales and fables. The text is accompanied by captivating and enchanting pictures–be it the shrines of this spiritual city blessed by the Holy Trinity or its busy streets, eating houses, the beautiful peaks surrounding the city and the pilgrims reciting aarti or performing religious rituals in the Holy Ganges.
