Genocide in Sri Lanka

In recent times, to fight for freedom by the Tamils of Eelam in Sri Lanka has attracted the attention of many nations. The horrors of genocide perpetrated on the Tamils have pained all freedom-loving peoples and the whole world is horrified with the gory details of torture and killings inflicted on them. Here is a book, authored by a most befitting person, Mr. M.S. Venkatachalam, a veteran in politics and journalism. The author has chosen to tell the world the righteous cause of Tamils and has rbrought out the background to those incidents and a mass of testimony by eye-witnesses. Since the author has been associated with the DMK for many years having got special interest in the sufferings of Ceylon Tamils, he has made a study of their problems and he has set them down in this attempt with favour born out of his love for Tamil and Tamils.
