ABOUT THE AUTHOR M.S. Venkatachalam

Mr. M.S. Venkatachalam, the author is an advocate by profession. He was one of the chief disciples of late C.N. Annadurai. He edited Annaduari's English Weekly "Homeland" and Tamil Weekly "Dravidanadu" Having been in active politics since 1956, he has been in good touch with the problems of Tamils in Sri Lanka. He is acclaimed as one of the powerful penmen of Dravidian Movement in Tamil Nadu and he is widely popular in the political circles. He is also a Member of the Senate of Bharathidasan University and is in touch with the educational field also.
