ABOUT THE AUTHOR Bidhanesh Misra .

Bidhanesh Misra took akl bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has obtained M.B.A. from the Faculty of Management Studies University of Delhi. He had taught Management at the University level for several years and gained deep insights into project management. He has participated in several national and international GIS conferences. At present he is the Project Director of a project entitled Geographic Information System funded by the International Development Research Centre Canada. He is working on several project of the World Bank, the Government of Bihar. Some of the projects of the Government of India, Environmental Issues in the Power Sector of the World Bank and Computer Training Programme of the Government of India.
