Dr. Umesh Kumar (b-1962) an established author of repute is a Reader in the University Department of public Administration, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara Bihar. He taught Political Science at Maharaja College Ara, before joining the University Department. Dr. Kumar is an M.A. in Political Science and Public Administration from Magadh University, Both Gaya. He was awarded the Degree of doctor of Philosophy by Patna University, Patna, Bihar. From his student life, he has shown keen interest in journalism.
