Lakhwinder Singh Gill is an erudite scholar and perceptive critic of drama. He teaches English at the Postgraduate Department of S.R. Government College for Women, Amritsar (Punjab). He has done Ph.D. on the plays of Girish Karnad and published several articles in reputed journals including Sahitya Akademi's Indian Literature and bi-annual The Commonwealth Review.
