Globalization is a buzz word and has been defined as a process of growing inter dependence of all countries on this global. It is a process of creating international competitiveness in terms of technology production and foreign direct investments among the global players. The globalization is gaining fundamental importance as and when the issue is seriously discussed. The subprime crisis in US and European financial crises are creating uncertainty in financial markets in the world. The general financial crisis in the US was possible because of weak oversight of banks. But the Indian banks are strictly regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, and banks are forced to hold reserves in the name of SLR and CRR, and to purchase of government treasury bonds. In fact except HFDC, due to their own fallacies, no bank is collapsed or even made losses in India. In this backdrop the present volumes focus and address wide variety of Global Economic and Business issues like Global Warming and B school’s Responsibility, Global Commodity Chain Analysis, Foreign Exchange Reserves and Exchange Rates, Fiscal Crisis of States in India, Impact of External Sector Reforms on Current Account Balance, Regional Integration and Poverty Reduction, Determinants of Public Expenditure, Determinants of Life Insurance Demand, Dynamics of Inflation, Productivity employment Link and Asymmetric Adjustments, Necessary Finance for Small Scale Industries, Price Analysis of Agricultural Commodities, Role of Gold in New Monetary System, Regional Disparity in Indian Economic Development, Positioning and Promoting Medical Tourism, Effects on Advertising Strategies in Textile Shop Advertisements, E market Places, E businesses and Greek Reality, Leaving Traditional Metrics and going Towards to E metrics, Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing, FII and Capital Market Development, Investment Avenues in Financial Market, Prediction of Corporate Failure, Financial Derivatives as Equity Price Stabilizers, Factors Related to Customer Adoption of Internet Banking, Weather Risks Management, Disaster Versus Crisis Management and A Study on Stress Management.
