M.V. Raju is scholar of Public Administration. He is a member of various professional organistions. He is associated with Department of Public Administration, Assam University, Silchar (Assam). He has had rich and varied experience in teaching, training research and consultancy. He has contributes a number of paper and articles to National and International Journals and other popular and renwrved publications. He is the founding Member of various Human Rights Organisation in exile. He is also a central working committee member of National Democratic Party which is fighting for the establishment of Human Rights and Democracy in Tamil nadu.
