ABOUT THE AUTHOR A.B. Chandra Sekhara Raju
A B Chandra Sekhara Raju holds a master's degree in economics from Sri Venkateswara University and a doctorate degree in economics, on public expenditure, from Sri Krishnadevaraya University. He is currently working as Consulting Editor at Icfai Books, Hyderabad. Prior to joining Icfai, he was into academics for over four decades. He has chaired several academic bodies, such as Board of Studies and Board of Examiners in different Universities of the state. He was also a member of Academic Council for Sri Venkateswara University. He has authored a textbook in economics for B.Com course, published by Telugu Akademi, Government of Andhra Pradesh. He has also authored a spiritual book ‘Dhyana Yogi’ and written several articles on economics and spiritualism, which are his areas of interest.

V.V. Ramani holds an M.A., Phil and a PGDM from Madras University. She is currently working as a Faculty Member and Consulting Editor with ICFAI University. She has over 18 years of industry and academic experience. She is the Joint Secretary of National Human Resources Development Network, Hyderabad Chapter and Vice President of CEASE Child Labor (an ILO Project). Her articles have been published in various magazines and management journals. She presented several papers in various conferences and seminars. Her areas of interest include Economics disciplines like Micro-Economics, Macro-Economics, International Trade, Public Finance and HR disciplines like Leadership, Organisational Development, Human Resource Management and Networking.
