Dr. Pashupati Kumar Roy (b.12.01.1956) is the reader & Head, Department of political science in A.S. College, Deoghar (Jharkhand) who has obtained Ph.D. in 2004. He has done pioneering work in the field of Environmental Politics and published various articles on Environmental issues in national and international journals.
