ABOUT THE AUTHOR Gagandeep Grewal

Gagandeep Grewal obtained a Master's degree in Library Science from the Panjabi University and worked in reputed school libraries for a few years. She moved to university librry in Chandigarh and institutional library in Delhi in 1989. She has written a number of papers in the field of library modernization and electronic networking.
