ABOUT THE AUTHOR R K Bhatt

Dr. Rakesh Kumar Bhatt (b. 1963) after his graduation, with Honours in History did M.A. in Modern Indian History B. Lib. Sc. M.L.J. Sc. From the University of Delhi and Ph. D. from Agra University. Having varied experience of working in different types of libraries and documentation centres, Dr. Bhatt has been working as an Assistant Librararian since 1991 in the Indian Institute of technology Delhi. He has written many research papers which have been published in International and National journals as well as in books and monographs. Dr. Bhatt is an active member of Association of government Librarians and information Specialists (AGLIS) , Delhi and the life member of Indian Library Association (IL;A).
