Srinivas R Kandula, a Ph.D in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur is a thinker, researcher, author and practitioner. He has published 5 books and over 60 papers on human resource strategies in leading journals. He is a visiting faculty member at various Indian business schools such as IIMs, XLRI, ASCI and MDI. Besides, he has several years of hands-on experience in driving human resource interventions in a variety of industries that include fertilizers, power, telecom and software. Dr. Kandula is currently engaged as Director-Human Resources, with Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd., at Bangalore.
