ABOUT THE AUTHOR V. Sita

Dr. V. Sita is on the Faculty of School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad.  She is a teacher, trainer, consultant and researcher in the areas of human resources management, educational management, women studies and industrial relations.  She has presented her work in international conferences and published in national and international journals including Asian Economic Review, South Asian Journal of Management and Academy of Management Journal.  She has traveled to USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Canada on academic assignments.  She was awarded the Indo-French Exchange Scholar Award for 2008 by the Government of India.
