The present book entitled “Human Rights in India: Theory and Practice” gains a persuasive significance due to its imperative subject-matter, thorough analysis, scientific methodology and a conclusive output regarding the established theory and actual practice of human rights in India. Although, the primary purpose of the book is to be acquainted with the ‘established theory’ and ‘actual practice’ of human rights in India, the other purposes of the book are to introduce and enhance the uniform and universally accepted meaning, nature, characteristics and theories of the human rights.
