Sailen Debnath, M.A., Ph.D., Associate Professor and Head of the Department of History, Alipurduar College, has been engrossed in the studies of the history of ideas and intellectual history of India and Europe as well as of the history of Bengal and North Bengal for the last twenty-five years.
