The human rights idea is universal now. It has virtually been accepted by all nations, states and societies, the world over. Over the years, the concept of human rights has assumed importance globally, in fact, the respect for Human Rights only makes freedom meaningful and really effective. Still, the protection of human rights is a constant fight, which cannot culminate into success, until and unless every individual gets involved in it. The society is not to be impartial, but it has to essentially be a party, supporting the struggle, going on in all parts of the world in general and in the developing world, in particular. This study is the result of a painstaking research and toilsome work for several years on the part of the author who took the accomplishment of this book as a mission.
