These phenomena have worried the Governments who are busy cautioning people and preparing laws to prevent identity theft. The book throws light on this sophisticated thievery and ways to prevent it. The first section takes readers through the ways by which the crime is perpetrated, while the second section provides useful information about ways to prevent identity theft.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sameer A. Zodgekar

Sameer Zodgekar holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and an MBA in marketing management from University of Pune. He is currently working as a Consulting Editor at Icfai Business School Research Centre, Pune. Prior to joining Icfai, he served in the pharma industry for thirteen years. He worked with Glaxo Group, Alkem Group and Blue Cross Laboratories in various functional areas like manufacturing, sales and product management. He was also into international marketing for a brief period during his stint in Blue Cross, where he was responsible for managing brands in East Africa and Asia Pacific. His areas of interest are marketing, brand management, pharmacy and technology.
