ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mithilesh Kumar Singh

Dr. Mithilesh Kumar Singh is presently working as a Project Associate Fellow, International Unit, National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration, New Delhi. After completing his Graduation and Post Graduation from University of Allahabad, he shifted to Jawaharlal Nehru University to pursue his doctoral research. He completed his Ph.D (2000) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has been a recipient of Scholarship from UGC. He has published research papers and contributed articles in many Academic journals.
