ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dhirendra Dwivedi

Dr. Dhirendra Dwivedi, Lecturer at the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies, Ishwar Sharan Degree College, University of Allahabad is a keen and serious Researcher in his field. He has specialized in the Legal Aspects of International Relations. An M.A., D.Phil in Defence and Strategic Studies, he has obtained his doctoral degree on “Collective Security Under United Nations: Retrospect and Prospects”, as a Research Fellow of the University Grants Commission (U.G.C.) from the University of Allahabad, Allahabad. He has further diversified his interests into research and serious studies in subjects like International Relations, Human Rights etc. and regularly attends Conferences, Seminars and Workshops. He is the life Fellow of the National Congress for Defence Studies in India, and Associate Member of Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, New Delhi. He has contributed various articles in academic and international affairs journals.
