ABOUT THE AUTHOR Pawan Kumar Chugh

Dr. Pawan Kumar Chugh is working as a Lecturer in Commerce in P.M.N. College, Rajpure (Punjab) for 20 years. He is an M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D. and recently completed Post Doctorate. He wrote a book on Purchasing and Inventory Management. His articles are published in many leading journals. He has participated in many seminars of National and international levels. The University Grants Commission, New Delhi had awarded financial grant to him for conducting research on New Private Sector Banks in India. The author visited many Universities of India during research work and traveled many cities in order to collect data from various bank branches.
