ABOUT THE AUTHOR I S Vidyasagar

Dr. I.S. Vidyasagar has consistently a good academic record. He did his B.A. from MSI College, Gulbarga (Karnataka State) and M.A. in Political Science, Gulbarga University, Gulbarga in 1985. He also did his LL.B. from Karnataka People Education Societies, Siddarth Law College, Gulbarga in 1994. He did his M.Phil. on "Political Leadership of Sri Mallikarjun M. Kharge" in 1995 and completed his Ph.D. on "Concept of Humanism of Dr. Ambedkar" in 1999. He is continuously engaged in teaching and research pursuits. Presently, he is the Head of Department of Political Science of KPE's Dr. Ambedkar College of Arts and Commerce, Darga Road,Gulbarga. He has 15 years of teaching experience of undergraduate classes. He has written a book on "Rural Development Administration in Kannada Medium". He has actively participated in various national and regional seminars, workshops and member of various students and parents' organisations.
