ABOUT THE AUTHOR Shashi Kashyap

Dr. Shashi Kashyap is currently the Dean of Arts Faculty and Head of Sanskrit Department at S.N.D.T. Women's University, Mumbai.  She has a research experience of over thirty yeas and teaching experience of over sixteen years.  She has been the author of a number of books and research articles in various national journals.  Her publications cover a wide spectrum of topics including Indian philosophy, Dharmashastra and linguistics.  Her prior works include 'Sabda Pramana in Nyaya Philosophy' and 'Concept of Justice in Dharmashastra'.
