Lal Bahadur Prasad: Was born on 5th March, 1946. he has a brilliant academic career and obtained his M.A. (Pol. Sc. ) from Bihar University, Muzzafarpur. He had won merit certificates. For quite some time he served as a lecturer in Political Science an since 1995 he become Principal. He has also contributed several research papers and participated in state ad national level academic seminars and conferences. At present he is Principal, R.L.S.Y. College, Betiah (Bihar).
