‘Indian Septoriae’ is a monograph compilation of all the Septoria species occurring in India. More than 160 species have been recorded from India out of a total of about 2,000 throughout the world. The literature regarding taxonomic aspects of this group is scattered. After detailed work on about 65 host species infected with Septoria species, an attempt has been made to compile the taxonomic status of all the species prevalent in India. The monograph has been divided into nine chapters describing various aspects. An index to the Septoria species, coloured microphotographs and camera lucida drawings of most of the species has also been provided. This monograph will be of great use to the students and researchers not only in India but abroad also.
