The role of infrastructure in the development for agriculture and rural development need not to be over-emphasised. A proper infrastructure accelerates development of agriculture and rural development automatically. I becomes possible to remove large number of problems confronted to agriculture and rural development after developing proper infrastructure. In this book efforts have been made by the author to analyze efforts of the government in development of agriculture and rural development during various developmental plan completed so far.
