This book in the series of books on insect and their world they inhabit brings to attention on the arena of insect ecology. It takes into account the way insect interactions with members of their own species and to their environment determines the way they are both perceived and exploited, and how these interactions, essentially symbiotic, constitute both their behaviour and ecological constructions. In addition, staples of ecological studies such as life cycles, community constitutions, ecological niche etc., have been detailed extensively, giving scope for immense study within the field, which is both extensive and in depth. In addition, current researchers have also been brought under cover, making the book more relevant.
