Intellectual Property Rights: Issues and Challenges in Pharmaceutical Industries

The book is intended to enrich knowledge awareness and preparedness about intellectual property rights and related various issues involved in patenting and the challenges faced by the Indian research and development sectors. The world in general and our country in particular is gearing up fast to a new patent regime. As on initiative of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, a national seminar was held on the role of intellectual property rights in pharmaceutical industries : issue and challenges.
