ABOUT THE AUTHOR Prabhas Chandra

Dr. Prabhas Chandra is associated with the New Delhi based Foundation for Conflict Resolsution as its Secretary and overall co-ordinator. For lasts 16 years he has been associated with the Centre for International Politics, Organization, and Disarmament (CIPOD) in School of International Studies (SIS), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He has been responsible for teaching and research at pre-doctoral and doctoral levels in the grade of Assistant and Associate Professor. He has also the Credit of initiating some fresh courses at the said levels in the Division of Political Geography, SIS, JNU.
