The book is divided into five chapters. the first chapter reals with the general premises of International Law. Similarly second chapter dealt with evolution of International Law. Dr. Rathod in this chapter highlighted the historical development of International Law. Third chapter covers the main themes of International Law. In the fourth chapter Dr. Rathod narrated the important aspects of International Law. Last and final chapter is concerned with basic concepts of International Law. In the end Dr. Rathod has given the index of each and every chapter.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR P.B. Rathod
Dr. P.B. Rathod (born on May 5, 1958) has consistently good academic record. He did his B.A. from Karnatak University Dharwad in 1980 and M.A. (Political Science) from Gulbarga University Gulbarga (Karnataka)in 01982. He also did his Ph.D. from Gulbarga University in 1998. On Development Administration. He is continuously engaged in research pursuits. His several research Papers/ Articles have also been Published in reputed Journals. He is a life member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration New Delhi. He has actively participated in various seminars, workshops and summer institute. Presently he is one of the staff of the Post-graduate Department of Political Science Gulbarga University. He has 16 years of teaching experience of M.A. classes.
