Part II elaborates on the Time value of Money-Time performance, present and future value and present value Annuity and Future value annuity and compounding and discounting. Part III Presents the significance of Risk and Return-types of Risk and Return, their Measurement, and their role in the portfolio management. Besides the basic issues of what to buy and when to buy etc., are all elaborated in the chapters on Fundamentals Analysis and Technical Analysis. Part IV discusses the various aspects of equity and Debenture valuation through the Balance sheet Analysis, Models of Valuation of securities, Growth Models, Bond valuation and debt instruments, etc.
