A Platform for debate for every concerned citizen, graduate students in social science, political science, economics, business management and those concerned with public policy, organizational research, public administration and science of Chaos and Complexity. Chemicals and pollutants in the environment are tolerated by biological entities to a point and beyond it produces irreversible damage. Similarly the pollutant of corruption I social environment causes deep wound though not visible. In a democracy, the majority representatives and elite forming one unit need to be autonomous in function, to the extent that as a unit it can order the use of force when justly required. The perception is that they have been given an authority to control al functions, including being opaque and autonomic. This “meme” has entered every brain and is residing there without an antidote. Speaking of the truth is painful and when loudly and firmly spoken they do not permit it. But we know we must change the rules of the game since these have been rigged. Further it is not the system of post-mortem that will promote accountability but an innovative anticipatory system that will organize it. The suffering and turmoil in human behavior of present time are signs of another Renaissance in the making. I believe that “Renaissance” will have its origin not in technology but in codes for business and rulers. How does one devise codes that do not see or hear or speak of noises (blind, deaf and mute)? Not only do the codes have to bear the characters described but affect all constituents alike, i.e. the ruler and the commoners.
