ABOUT THE AUTHOR G.N. Jayanthy
GN Jayanthy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electronics and Communications) from BITS, Pilani (1969) and an M. Tech from IIT, Kharagpur (1971). He earned his MBA degree from Institute Of Public Enterprise, Osmania University (1986) while he was working as a Production Manager for Electronics Corporation Of India Limited. He earlier worked as a visiting faculty at different business schools and is currently a faculty member at ICFAI Business School where he teaches Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques. He is the consulting editor for The ICFAI Journal of Supply Chain Management and his areas of interest include Management Information Systems, Process Innovation and New Product Development.
