ABOUT THE AUTHOR Nalin Kumar

Dr. Nalin Kumar did his Graduation and Post-Graduation in Political Sciencefrom Delhi University. He has also completed his M.Phil. and Ph.D. successfully and seven years of teaching at Graduate and Post-Graduate level at different universities. He has participated in a number of seminars connected with Political Science. He has also contributed a number of articles on this subject. He has also taught in Lucknow University. Presently he is teaching as a Senior Lecturer in B.R. Ambedkar College, University of Delhi, Delhi.
