ABOUT THE AUTHOR K.H. Subramanian

Dr. K.H.Subramanian had his B.A. and M.a. in Sanskrit sahitya at Sri Neelakanta Govt. Sanskrit College, Pattambi, Pallakkad. He secured II rank in his M.A. Sanskrit during 1972. He was the head of department of Sanskrit in Payyanur College, Payyanur, kanner from 1973. He also served as the Registrar of Kannur University, Kerala state for 4 years from 2001. Presently he is the director of Chinmaya International Foundation Sodha Sansthan, Veliyanand, Ernakulam, Kerala a center of Sanskrit and Indological studies, recognized by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi and Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He has published a collection of his essays in Sanskrit, " Deepasikha" and more than a dozen works in Malayalam. He is guiding nearly 15 students for Ph.D and has presented papers in many national conferences.
