ABOUT THE AUTHOR D.S. Cheema

Col. Cheema, a post graduate in Engineering and Management, has been associated with management education for the past more than 25 years as regular, part time and guest faculty in educational institutions like Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering Secundrabad, Panjab University, FORE School of Management, Anand University of Anand Corporate Services, and Canadian Institute of International Studies. He has also been involved in teaching and as Academic Counselor of distance learning programmes of IGNOU, IMT Ghaziabad, ICFAI University, All India Management Association (AIMA), and Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. The author has a vast experience in the field of soft skills and is a regular visitor as motivator and educator to many organisations like Staff Colleges of Banks, Government and Public Sector Undertaking, Industries etc. He regularly contributes to newspapers, journals and magazines on education, defence and general matters.
