Learning, if it does not go from womb to tomb certainly it goes from cradle to cremation. It is a continuous process which pervades whole field of human behaviour explicit or implicit. The specific problem undertaken here in the present study is how learning is a function of knowledge of results? Attempt is made here to know the factors responsible for increasing the efficiency of learning. The study will practically help the authorities of Universities, Boards of Education and state Deptt. of Education besides the class room teachers who can make the students conscious of the potentialities.

Dr. Jamnalal Bayti (b.1938) is a renowned teacher and educationist over three decades standing. He started his professional career modestlyas a teacher and after serving various reputed institutions in different capacities, currently he is vice-Principal of Government Inst. Of Advanced Studies in Education Govt. of Raj. An active member of several professional bodies. Dr. Bayti has participated in many national international seminars conferences, working and symposis. A prolific writer, Dr. Bayti has a score of learned papers, and 20 published works to his credit. His book entitled Student Leadership (1989) was widely acclaimed.
