It defines the position and liability of a manufacturer, dealer and seller in relation to a purchaser viz. the Sale of Goods Act, 1939 and the Hire-Purchase Act, 1972. The relevancy of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in sale of goods and hire-purchases is also explained throughout the book.
