The present set of 3 Volumes entitled "Libraries in the Changing Dimensions of Digital Technology’ is acollection of research papers brought out as as Festschrift in honour of Professor Dr D Chandran, Dept. B. D. Kumbar, presently working as a professor and Chairman, Department of Library and Information Science, Karnatak University, Dharwad. He has published more than 100 research papers and attend over 50 national and international conferences, He is a life member of many LIS professional bodies. Recently, he organised International Conference of ILA at Dharwad. He is examiner, adjudicator and resource person to many universities.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR P. Rajendran
Dr. P. Rajendran , Ph.D., currently Visiting Professor, university of Ryukyus, Japan, has been working as reader in the P.G. deprtment of Zoology, Vivekanda College, Madurai. He obtained his Ph.D. from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has more than 23 years of teaching experience and has published several research papers in national and international journals. He has conducted UGC/DBT-sponsored refresher courses, and several state-level seminars and training programmes.
