ABOUT THE AUTHOR Shiv Ram Verma

Shive Ram Verma was born in a teacher family on April 1st 1966 in the Village Asta, district Jhansi (U.P.) He did his M.A. from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi in 1990 and M.Lib and I.Sc. from Jiwaji University Gwalior in 1992. e also passed Net (UGC) in the same year. He has worked in several responsible positions, such as, Librarian Kendriya Vidyalaya Talbehat, Lalitpur; PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education; National council of Education Research and Training, Bhopal and Deputy Librarian Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. presently he is working as the Librarian in the Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (U.P.)
