E. Venkatesu born in Pasaldinne village of Yemmiganur Mandal in Kurnool District of Andhara Pradesh.Ph.D & M. Phil from Central University,  Hyderabad.Post-Graduation from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi andGrauated from AP Residential Degree College, Nagarjuna Sagar,At present Assistant Professor, Centre for Panchayati Raj, National Institute of Rural Development since 2004.Training and Research Coordinator in Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, Hyderabad for four years.Fellow SRTT-Naandi Foundation andParticipated in the election studies of Centre for Study of Developing Societies.
